We never delegate an assignment to junior-level professionals once we have been engaged; even when additional resources are brought in to work on a transaction, they never substitute for the ongoing commitment and input of our senior people. We believe this is how investment banking should be practiced, and that each client has the right to expect its assignment to be treated as a priority.
