New ownership
Opplysningen AS, through its subsidiary company Carrot Communications AS, has signed a deal to buy Intelecom Group AS.
Intelecom Group AS believe this to be a positive change of ownership, it will strengthen our position in the market.
- We are now able to offer existing and new clients a broader portfolio of solutions, says Eivind Hauglie-Hanssen, CEO Intelecom Group AS.
Opplysningen AS has three different business areas: Directory enquiries, digital media and corporate communications, the latter is managed through Carrot Communications AS. This position in the market for corporate communications is now reinforced further through the purchase of Intelecom Group AS.
