TI Automotive Kongsvinger sold to Visionaire

Visionaire Consulting AS and ADAS AS acquire the operations of TI Automotive Kongsvinger.

“TI Automotive has not lost any customers during the downturn in the automotive industry. Therefore we are optimistic about the future”, said Chairman of ADAS AS, Per Arne Lislien to NRK Hedmark and Oppland.

All the 65 employees at TI Automotive will keep their jobs.

The purpose of the acquisition is to accommodate a new wholly owned operating unit for the new owners and where all the obligations that currently lies in the operation of TI Automotive will be preserved. TI Automotive has since inception been a major supplier of plastic components for the international automobile industry.

Visionaire Consulting is a management company that has a background from the international supply chain industry and looked at TI Automotive as a positive challenge. In collaboration with ADAS AS, which is a national supplier of mechanical components for the automotive industry, among other things, the Visionaire Consulting search utilizing the identified synergies between the companies, “says Per Arne Lislien in a statement.

Visionaire Consulting is located in Horten and has 10 employees. ADAS is located in Norway and has 25 employees.
