Verdane acquired a number of individual share holdings from Arne Blystad’s portfolio of investments. These holdings were related to the following industries: new energy, telecom, IT Technology and biotech.

Founded by Birger Nergaard in 1985 under the name Four Seasons Venture, the firm’s initial focus was on direct investments in high growth Nordic companies.
