IT Consult sold to Cinclus

In April 2009 Cinclus bought all of the shares of IT Consult AS (ITC) from Software Innovation together with the management of ITC. Cinclus owns 66% of the shares in ITC Holding.

ITC provides consulting services in IT-operations and management and outsourcing services to large businesses directly or through affiliates. ITC’s services are focused on the industrial and oil and gas industries. The company was established in 1997 and has 70 employees with offices in Oslo, Stavanger and Porsgrunn.
