Hydropool sold to Troms Kraft
Troms Kraft aquires 100% of the shares in HydroPool. With the acquistion, Troms Kraft becomes the largest operator of small scale hydro power plants in Northern Norway and one of the largest in Norway as a whole.

HydroPool was established in 2002 by Bjørn-Axel Hjelmtvedt, Olav Sølverud and Thomas Hakavik. The company has extensive knowledge in the construction and operation of small hydro plants. HydroPool was one of the first in the country that was established with the aim to work with landowners and owners of fall rights on the development, design, construction and operation of small power plants.
