Software Innovation acquires SaveIT

Norwegian software company Software Innovation ASA has agreed to acquire SaveIT AS.

SaveIT is a leading supplier of document handling and enterprise content management solutions to the Norwegian private sector.

The acquisition is part of Software Innovation’s strategy to become Norway’s leading provider of information and document handling solutions.

Software Innovation, headquartered in Lysaker in Norway, develops and provides CRM and front office solutions for the private and public sectors.
