Deli de Luca sold to NorgesGruppen

NorgesGruppen acquires 100% of the shares in Deli de Luca, one of the fastest growing convenience stores chains in Norway.

The Deli de Luca concept is a cross between a shop and deli with a focus on good food and meal solutions. Deli de Luca sells good experiences of food and drinks to customers who want service, quality and availability.

Deli de Luca stores covers the public’s need for direct human consumption and “take home”. Most stores are open 24 hours a day, and will be able to offer customers fresh products at any time of the day.

Deli de Luca is inspired by both American and British concepts such as Starbucks, Sainsbury Local and Marks & Spencer, and some other foreign concepts with similar profiles.
