Unitor ASA acquires TeamTec AS

The Norwegian marine services and systems provider Unitor ASA has agreed to acquire 95% of the shares of TeamTec AS for NOK 73.6m in cash.

TeamTec manufactures marine incinerators, fire rated windows and stripping ejectors. It has 75 employees and is expected to reach a turnover of NOK130m in 2004.

Unitor ASA is the leading international marine service provider, offering a wide range of standardised marine products and services to ship owners, operators and ship yards.
